This guide walks you through setting up OneLogin single sign-on (SSO) for logging into Sastrify.


To configure OneLogin SSO as your login method in Sastrify, follow these steps:

  1. Select "Login with OneLogin" in your Sastrify platform.
  2. Create and configure an app in OneLogin and set up OpenID Connect (OIDC).
  3. Send the credentials to Sastrify to complete the configuration.
  4. Confirm the setup and request a test if needed.

Step 1: Select the login method in Sastrify



  1. Go to: Settings > User & Company Data > Authentication Settings
  2. Click "Edit".
  3. Select "Login with OneLogin".
  4. Click "Enable SSO".


After you click Enable SSO, you'll see a confirmation message. This also triggers an email from Sastrify with instructions to provide your OneLogin credentials, which you’ll need to complete the setup in Step 3.


Step 2: Add an app in OneLogin and generate credentials


Add Sastrify as an App in OneLogin

  1. Log in to your OneLogin Admin Portal.

  2. Go to Applications and click Add App in the top-right corner.

  3. In the Info tab, name the app (e.g., "Sastrify APP").

  4. Search for and select OpenID Connect (OIDC) as the connector.

  5. Click Save.



Configure the App Settings

  1. In the Configuration tab, set the following values:

    • Login URL: https://login.sastrify.com/

    • Redirect URIs: https://login.sastrify.com/login/callback

    • Post Logout Redirect URIs: https://login.sastrify.com/

  2. Click Save to apply the settings.



Set up OpenID Connect (OIDC)

  1. Go to the SSO tab.
  2. Ensure the application type is set to web.
  3. Copy the Client ID and Issuer URL. You will send both values to Sastrify in the next step.
  4. Click Save.



Step 3: Send credentials to Sastrify


Reply to the email from Step 1 and include the following:

  • Client ID

  • Issuer URL


Once received, the Sastrify Support Team will enable OneLogin SSO for your account within 2 business days. You’ll be notified by email once the setup is complete.


Step 4: Confirm setup and testing


To finalize, reply to the same email thread and confirm that you’ve completed the SSO configuration in OneLogin.
