This article applies only to accounts that use a username and password (non-SSO) as their authentication setting.


If your account is configured to use a standard username and password (non-SSO), follow these steps to reset your credentials:

  1. Navigate to the Sastrify Login Page.

  2. Click "Forgot password?" located below the login fields.


  3. Enter your registered work email address and click "Continue".

  4. Check your Inbox: You will receive a password reset email within a few minutes.

  5. Follow the link in the email to create a new, secure password.


Tip: If the email hasn't arrived within 5 minutes, please check your Spam or Junk folder before attempting another reset.


If a password reset doesn't solve the problem:

  • Check whether you have an incorrect Authentication Method (SSO). Many organizations enforce Single Sign-On (SSO). If your company uses Okta, Google, or Microsoft to log in, the "Forgot Password" link for Sastrify will not work.
