Accounting & ERP: Connecting NetSuite to Sastrify Print
Modified on: Tue, 17 Feb, 2026 at 4:10 PM
Integrating NetSuite with Sastrify automates your SaaS spend tracking by streaming financial data directly into your platform. Due to NetSuite’s robust security architecture, this setup requires specific steps within both Sastrify and your NetSuite instance.
Admin Access: You must have Administrator privileges in NetSuite to install bundles and enable SuiteCloud features.
For the general guidance on ERP & Accounting integrations, please refer to the following knowledge base articles:
Step-by-Step Connection Guide
Step 1: Initiate in Sastrify
Navigate to Integrations > Accounting & ERP.
Locate the NetSuite card and click Manage.
Click + Add New, name your integration (e.g., "NetSuite Primary"), and click the checkmark.
Click Connect to begin the guided setup.
Step 2: Install the Sastrify Bundle (AppLink)
Sastrify uses a secure "AppLink" bundle to communicate with your NetSuite data.
Sastrify will provide a Bundle ID and Name.
Click the provided link to navigate to your NetSuite Bundle installation page.
Search for "AppLink" in the repository and click Install.
- Once finished, click "I have successfully installed the bundle",and proceed.

Phase 3: Enable SuiteCloud Features
- Go to the NetSuite setup page using the link provided in your instructions.
- Once on the setup page, click on the SuiteCloud tab.
- Enable the relevant features.
Review and agree to the terms for each feature, then click Save.
- Click "I have successfully enabled these features", and then click Continue to proceed.
- Provide the final confirmation to complete the setup. You will then be redirected back to Sastrify, where the NetSuite integration card will display an active connection status.
