* Legacy includes all plans signed prior to November 1, 2023 and labelled as "Starter", "Advanced", "Professional" or "Enterprise".

This article applies only to accounts that use a user name and password (non-SSO) as their authentication setting.

If you find yourself unable to access your Sastrify account due to a forgotten password, please follow the steps outlined below:

1. Click  "Forgot password?".

2. Confirm the email address and click "Continue".

3. You will receive a confirmation email. Check your email and follow the instructions there.

It should take a few minutes for you to receive the email. If you don't receive it, check your spam folder as well.

If you are still having issues

  • Check to see if your account was set up using a different method (Okta, Microsoft, or Google SSO) and use that method instead.
