Canceling the contracts with vendors is still your responsibility. However, we can assist you with notifying the vendor about the cancellation. Please feel free to use the email template demonstrated below:
Dear [Vendor's Name],
I am writing to inform you that I am canceling the contract we entered on [Contract date] for the [Tool name]. The contract expires on [Contract expiration date], but I am requesting immediate cancellation.
The reason for cancellation is [State reason for cancellation]. [Provide any additional information or details that may be relevant for the cancellation, such as outstanding payments or obligations].
Please acknowledge receipt of this cancellation notice and confirm that will no longer provide any products or services related to the contract. If there are any steps I need to take to facilitate the cancellation process, please let me know.
