Configuring JumpCloud SSO Authentication for Sastrify Print
Modified on: Wed, 17 Sep, 2025 at 4:43 PM
This guide walks you through setting up JumpCloud single sign-on (SSO) for logging into Sastrify.
Each step is outlined below.
IN THIS ARTICLE
- Step 1: Select the login method in Sastrify
- Step 2: Create an app in JumpCloud and generate credentials
- Step 3: Send credentials to Sastrify
- Step 4: Complete configuration in JumpCloud
- Step 5: Confirm setup and testing
Step 1: Select the login method in Sastrify

- Go to: Settings > User & Company Data > Authentication Settings
- Click "Edit".
- Select "Login with JumpCloud".
- Click "Enable SSO".
Once enabled, you’ll see a confirmation message. This will also trigger an email from Sastrify with instructions to provide your JumpCloud credentials (see Step 3).
Step 2: Create an app in JumpCloud and generate credentials
- Sign in to your JumpCloud Admin Portal.
- Go to User Authentication > SSO Applications.
- Click + Add New Application and select Auth0.
- Set the Display Label to: Sastrify.
- Click Save Application.
Now that you have successfully created the app integration in your admin portal, proceed to the configuration steps to generate the credentials.
- Go to the Configured Applications list and select the new Sastrify app.
- Navigate to the SSO tab.
- Configure and map the required SSO attributes as instructed below in JumpCloud.

- You can skip the following for now (you'll receive them in Step 3):
IdP Entity ID
SP Entity ID
ACS URL
- Once completed, JumpCloud will generate: idP URL and idP Certificate.
- Copy the IdP URL and download the certificate. You’ll need both for the next step.

Tip: The certificate.pem will download to your local folder.Step 3: Send credentials to Sastrify
Reply to the email you received in Step 1 and include:
IdP URL
IdP Certificate
Once received, Sastrify will send back the following final configuration values needed to complete the setup.
IdP Entity ID, e.g., urn:auth0:sastrix:<company_name>-JUMPCLOUD-SSO-PROD
SP Entity ID, e.g., urn:auth0:sastrix:<company_name>-JUMPCLOUD-SSO-PROD
ACS URL, e.g., https://login.sastrify.com/login/callback?connection=<company_name>-JUMPCLOUD-SSO-PROD
Step 4: Complete configuration in JumpCloud
Once you receive the final values from Sastrify:
Go back to the JumpCloud Admin Portal.
Open the Sastrify app in your Configured Applications list.
Go to the SSO tab.
Enter the IdP Entity ID, SP Entity ID, and ACS URL as provided.
Once saved, your JumpCloud SSO integration will be complete.
Step 5: Confirm setup and testing
To finalize, reply to the same email thread and confirm that you’ve completed the SSO configuration in JumpCloud.
Our support team can run a quick test on your behalf to ensure that authentication is working as expected.
