Manage your notification settings
Notification Settings can be accessed from Settings > Notifications.
On this page, you have the capability to perform several tasks:
- Add the Sastrify Slack App: This feature enables your organization to receive notifications directly within your Slack workspace. You can find more information about this feature here.
- Set Renewal Reminders: Designed specifically for proactive renewal management, this option allows you to schedule reminders for renewals well in advance of their due dates. These reminders are applied company-wide to all subscriptions. You can find more information about this feature here.
- Define Channel Preferences: You can select preferred channels for receiving notifications, in addition to those delivered through the Sastrify app.
- Set Individual Notification Events: This feature provides granular control over notification settings. You can specify individual events and the channels from which you wish to receive them. Additionally, you have the ability to activate or deactivate selected notifications as needed.
Make sure all the notifications you want to receive from your preferred channels are turned on, and turn off any that you don't want to receive.
The In-App Notification feature, as the name suggests, allows you to receive notifications directly from your Sastrify platform. To do so, you can access a notification center within the platform by clicking on the bell icon on your top sidebar, which presents customized notifications based on your profile. This feature ensures that you stay informed about all relevant updates, including upcoming renewals, comments, required actions, and more, helping you stay on top of your tasks and priorities.
Manage preferences via email
Every email notification sent by Sastrify contains a link that allows you to manage your notification preferences.
- Open an email sent by Sastrify.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the email.
- Click on “Manage preferences”
