This guide will walk you through the process of adding, using, and removing the Zoom app for the Usage Analytics integration. Please follow the instructions carefully for a seamless experience.

Adding the app

  1. Log into your Sastrify account.
  2. Navigate to the settings menu and select "Usage Analytics".
  3. Locate the Zoom integration and click "Connect".
  4. Authenticate and authorize the Zoom modal.


Usage 

Usage Analytics with the Sastrify Zoom integration provides valuable insights into the usage patterns of members in your organization. 

Follow these steps:

  1. Connect to Zoom in Sastrify.
  2. Select "Tool Stack" and choose the "Zoom" tool.
  3. View a visualized chart of user activity over time.
  4. Download a user list with last login dates and activity status.

For optimal utilization of Usage Analytics, connect to Zoom and access the Tool Stack in Sastrify.


Removing the App

  1. Log in to your Sastrify account.
  2. Go to the "Settings Menu" and select "Usage Analytics."
  3. Find the Zoom integration and click "Disconnect."

Removing the app will erase stored data, and Usage Analytics for Zoom will no longer appear in the Tool Stack. No notifications will be sent, and there will be no further implications.
